It was unseasonably hot a few days we were there. Without A/C, the upstairs bedrooms get pretty warm and the room with the 4 twin beds does not have adequate windows to cool down the space easily. There are fans in every bedroom which is helpful. The upstairs has very low ceilings. My kids are both over 6ft tall and hit their heads often. I too, at 5ft 6in hit my head more than once. Cute space, but if you are tall, you will need to watch carefully. The kitchen was amazing. Very well updated, great appliances and had everything you could need. If you love to cook, you will enjoy this home’s kitchen. The “beach” and Perry’s is a bit further away than stated, just over a mile. Still walkable, just further than thought. Acadia is 25 miles away, but it takes 50 minutes to get there so plan accordingly. A fabulous stay. Very quiet and private area."
