The location is great - it’s secluded and very quiet but an easy ride to get to Ellsworth and on to Mount Desert Island. We visited with our 4 and 8 year old. They loved their space and the basement. If you weren’t already planning on it, bring water shoes for the rocky beach. In response to a previous review - there are no concerns with the basement. Did not receive a response to this until checkout despite sending message through Airbnb after check-in. Guessing there was a flood at some point.
