This newly renovated cottage is perfect for families and groups to comfortably sleep 9 guests across spacious serene bedrooms. The open living areas are filled with light and ocean air creating the ideal setting for relaxing and making memories. There are three spaicous bathrooms with all of the amenities. The boutique kitchen and dining room offer a space for family meals, and everything you would need to curate an unforgettable meal. Play chess with the antique hand carved board, find the reading nook with a good selection of books, or spread out in the living room for a family movie surrouned by an ambiance of coastal antiques and cottage collections.
First floor:

We absolutely loved our stay! This home is truly something special. The town is charming -small, quaint, and peaceful, with the water and beach nearby. It’s also far enough from the hustle and bustle of Bar Harbor and Acadia to feel like a true escape while still being close enough for easy day trips. The house is an absolute dream. It feels like stepping back in time in the best possible way. It has been beautifully preserved and cared for, and every room is full of character. The updated kitchen and bathroom blend perfectly with the home’s historic charm while the rest of the house retains its authentic feel. The kitchen is exceptionally well stocked with high-end cookware and everything you could possibly need. The barn in the backyard is stunning. While there isn’t air conditioning, the many fans and open windows kept us comfortable. We honestly could have stayed for weeks and can’t say enough wonderful things about this home. Can’t wait to be back!!
Great unique home. Nicely updated, yet maintained the feel of the age of the property. We had a great stay. It was unseasonably hot a few days we were there. Without A/C, the upstairs bedrooms get pretty warm and the room with the 4 twin beds does not have adequate windows to cool down the space easily. There are fans in every bedroom which is helpful. The upstairs has very low ceilings. My kids are both over 6ft tall and hit their heads often. I too, at 5ft 6in hit my head more than once. Cute space, but if you are tall, you will need to watch carefully. The kitchen was amazing. Very well updated, great appliances and had everything you could need. If you love to cook, you will enjoy this home’s kitchen. The “beach” and Perry’s is a bit further away than stated, just over a mile. Still walkable, just further than thought. Acadia is 25 miles away, but it takes 50 minutes to get there so plan accordingly. A fabulous stay. Very quiet and private area.
