There is a large living room with a vaulted ceiling and access to the spacious deck. The library is connected to the living room, but has doors for the privacy to work or read from the extensive library of books.
There is a full bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Second floor:
The main queen bedroom an an oceanfront view, walk in closet, and an en suite bathroom.
The second bedroom has a queen bed, with plenty of storage and natural light.
Walk out basement:
Third bedroom has a screened in porch with a water view.
Washer/dryer is in the laundry room and available for the guests use.
Children 10 and over are allowed, due to the many decks and the waterfront property. There is not direct water access at this property. Sand Cove Beach is close by!

Beautiful views, great location, quiet town. Library is a PLUS!!
This house was a great place to stay with a beautiful view, nice deck to sit on and watch the sun raise right on the ocean. We would definitely stay again. Could not have worked out any better for us, centrally location to lots of things. Like my house and any other house. When we looked under the bed before we left there was lots of dust and dirt under the bed. I am not complaining just letting Susan know. The only issue if you are older, there are 2 bedrooms ups stair and 1 in the basement. The master bedroom upstairs has a private bathroom. The other bedroom upstairs and in the basement have to use the bathroom on the main floor, which means you have to walk down 2 flights of stairs or up 2 flights of stair to use the bathroom. They could also supply more dish rags and towels or maybe we couldn't find them.
The home is beautiful! The view is amazing. The Maine Coastline is beautiful and this home hit the spot for us! Away from it all! The Ocean is beautiful and the stars are beyond amazing. The fire pit could be a bit more enjoyable if the space around it was not too tight. However, with that being said, it was nice to sit close to the water and we did just fine! Great place to stay!!!
