It is quiet, clean, well stocked, yet close to activities if you do want to leave this peaceful oasis. This FIRST FLOOR 1 Bedroom cottage is nicely furnished indoors and outdoors. It has ample space to relax and enjoy a getaway with all the comforts and conveniences of home.
The master bedroom has a queen sized bed. The office has a desk and space to work if needed, and a pull out couch. The 2 spacious full bathrooms both have walk in showers. There is a new washer and dryer and plenty of storage!
The screened in porch has a wonderful wildlife view, and is a great place to relax. This open and sunny one floor home has room to spread out and watch TV, relax in front of the fireplace, or head outside to sunbathe and grill! The kitchen has a ton of counter space, new appliances, and fully equipped kitchen for those meals at home.
This home is on the coveted waterfront community of Hancock point, with Carters beach, clay tennis courts, a nondenominal chapel, a public library, and the Crocker House Restaurant. Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park are approximately 18 miles away. Schoodic Point, and down east Maine are approximately 18 miles. Ellsworth is just 5 miles away with shopping, restaurants, Shaws grocery store, LL Bean Outlet, Renys and more. There is hiking, swimming, antiquing, and more in the area with plenty of maps and brochures at the house.
