The house was in a nice location to visit Acadia National Park. We also liked that it was near the restaurants in downtown Ellsworth. We enjoyed the large kitchen table and family room.
Things were great. The house was very clean. The entire house is not fully air conditioned. This was workable but some of the bedrooms are uncomfortably in July.
We enjoyed living at Susan’s place during our trip to Acadia. The location of the house was really convenient for our trip. The neighborhood was very peaceful and quiet, no hustle and bustle like Bar Harbor. Restaurants and groceries were conveniently located within 5 minutes drive. The drive to Acadia was also very pleasant.
